Greater Manchester EPC’s Non-Domestic EPC Energy Assessor was required to survey the 23,000 sq. ft facility which comprised of a mixture zoning by activity; from office spaces, consultation & treatment areas, to a large gym and swimming pools for payer fitness and rehabilitation. We surveyed the property within a day, which included investigation into the various construction types and insulated elements of the building including floors, walls, ceiling and a variety of roof types. Our EPC assessor also had to investigate multiple Gas Heating & Hot Water System (HVAC Systems) which proved a challenge when determining which sections of the building they supplied heat and hot water.
Once our Commercial EPC assessor has collected all site and technical data, he was able to model the project in office which took approximately 3-4 working days. Our client was very satisfied with our professionalism and the turnaround time we produced on the project.
